The hospitality industry is always open for business, so there is a need for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week support coverage.  Evo-soft provides this support for the Nuconga Hospitality & Retail Management Software..

Evo-soft Ltd offers three levels of inclusive support contracts so you can select the level of support that suits your needs:

  • 24/7 contracts 
  • Office Hour contracts - full support from 9:00 – 17:30. 
  • Half Day contracts  - full support 9:00 – 13:00

Nuconga Hospitality & Retail Management Software SupportShould a need arise outside your contracted hours, you can still access support, and be billed for the additional usage.

*For all contracts, out of Office Hours support is on an emergency only basis.  Emergencies are defined as “system down”.
