Using simple set ups, each recipe is connected to the inventory management and automatically reduces the components that make up the recipe from the correct department. The system will also create inventory of completed recipes that have created multiple servings. Nuconga works with units of measure (UOM) as a standard procedure. Costs are based on the UOM for the item sold, as well as the UOM of the purchase. For example, a shot of whisky is sold but a bottle of whisky is purchased. Unlimited UOM’s are available so you can easily set a range of sizes. This also enables you to automatically create the debit costs according to the values set for portions and recipes, and the ability to automatically generate purchase orders when under the minimum stock.
